About Me

David Deane-Spread
I've been leading and influencing for over 40 years. I started Att-C© whilst leading covert operations for a government agency. I trained operators to better manage difficult situations. With the process, I effectively managed my attitudes in extreme workplace conditions; serious injury and illness; the suicide of a sister; a break-up of marriage; financial ruin, and the death of my eldest son. I published the definitive workbook in 2004 – “Master the Power of Your Attitudes”. I now have hundreds of private clients and many organisations in government and private enterprise using Att-C© to overcome issues, be effective and sustain high performance. My ambition is for Att-C© to become a life skill topic in the education system globally. I've been a director of private and public companies and am a director of a not-for-profit community organisation. I was an officer in Australia’s Military Police and am a graduate of both military and law-enforcement leadership programs. I'm a contributing author of the series “You Lead and They’ll Follow” a best selling series published by McGraw-Hill. Yes, I'm passionate about our attitudes and leadership!
